In response to some viewer requests, I am doing a 'refreshed' pantry tour for you today.
I did a tour last year, and I will link that at the end of the video.
You may notice a few things have changed since my youngest moved out.
My pantry has been put togther for various reaosns ... in order of priority:
1) To mitgate against loss of earnings in the case of prolonged sick leave (3 months)
2) To help me through a bumpy patch if I lose my supermarket job for any reason
3) To build some financial resilience in the face of rising food prices (and prices in general)
4) To act as a cushion in the event of supply chain issues
5) To act as a cushion in the face of short term emergencies that do not require leaving my home.
